What this site stores, and why
The short version: no accounts, no third-party trackers beyond one Google tag, nothing sold to anyone. Here is the complete list.
The enquiry form
When you send the contact form, what you typed — name, email, company, project type, budget and message — is delivered to info@nileapps.co.uk through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-relay service. If your visit arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign parameters attached to that visit (such as utm_source or a Google click ID) are included in the same email, so we know which ad led to your enquiry. We use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Measurement and the consent banner
The site loads one Google tag (Google Ads) to measure whether our advertising leads to enquiries. It runs in Consent Mode v2: until you choose "Allow measurement" in the banner, all advertising and analytics storage is denied and the tag sets no advertising cookies. If you decline, that choice is kept and the tag stays cookieless. Your choice is remembered for 12 months and you can change it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Email info@nileapps.co.uk to ask what we hold from your enquiry or to have it deleted. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes everything listed above.
