01 — The offer
One week, one fixed price: £999
A mobile app, web app or website you can put in front of real users.
Built from a single codebase, so both platforms ship together.
Your name, your colours, your domain — not a template that looks like one.
The code is yours. No lock-in, no hostage repository.
Scope limits, stated up front: payment systems, complex backends and ongoing maintenance are priced separately. If your project won't fit in the week, you hear it from us before any payment is made.
02 — The week
Five steps, same order, every time
- 01Investigation
We watch the work as it actually happens — who touches it, which tools, how long it takes, where it breaks. Not a questionnaire: the real process, including the parts nobody documented.
- 02Understanding the problem
We separate the task from the symptom. Often the bottleneck is not the step you noticed, and part of the work should not be automated at all — we say so before you spend anything on it.
- 03Development
We build the smallest thing that removes the manual step: an app, a web tool, or a model wired into your existing system. Scope is agreed in writing first, so the price and the week hold.
- 04Testing
We run it against your real cases, including the awkward ones, and compare the output to what your team would have done by hand. If it is not reliable enough to trust, it is not finished.
- 05Launch & automation
It goes live, the manual step goes away, and the process runs on its own — monitored, with a way to check what it did and to step in when something unusual turns up.

Questions
Frequently asked
What fits in a week for £999?
A working first version of one focused thing: a mobile app, a web app or a website you can put in front of real users. Payment systems, complex backends and ongoing maintenance are priced separately.
What if my project will not fit in a week?
We tell you before any payment is made. You get an honest answer about what a first week can deliver and what would come after — then you decide.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code is handed over at the end of the week — no lock-in, no hostage repository.
What happens after the week?
The first version is yours to run. If you want ongoing work, security updates or a team on contract, those are separate services with their own agreements — never a surprise invoice.
Where are you based?
Nile Apps is a UK software studio, and we work remotely worldwide: scope in writing, progress on a shared board you can open any time, and replies within one business day.
